FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where are videos stored and who can see them?
In a private storage space of your organisation, never public. Videos open only through temporary links, for members with access to the athlete's area. Limit: 500 MB per video; no global storage quota applies today.
Does it work offline?
Recording works at the mat side: if the connection drops, videos wait in a queue on the device and upload automatically, in chunks, when the connection returns. Consulting files requires a connection.
Minors and consents
For a minor, the legal guardian's agreement must be recorded before any new assessment or video; otherwise the database refuses the upload. (Pour une personne mineure, l'accord du représentant légal doit être enregistré avant toute nouvelle évaluation ou vidéo ; la base de données refuse l'envoi sinon.) Video recording also requires a recorded consent to video recording (consentement à l'enregistrement vidéo).
What can athletes see?
With an athlete account linked by invitation, the athlete sees their active programmes and only the reports and videos the coach explicitly shares. Internal observations and coach notes are never shown. Exports and deletions go through the organisation administrator.
What the app does not do
The app gives no score, ranking, diagnosis, medical advice or prescription. It does not compare with external norms and never estimates missing data. (L'application ne donne ni note, ni classement, ni diagnostic, ni avis médical, ni prescription. Elle ne compare pas à une norme externe et n'estime jamais une donnée manquante.) Assisted measurements are indicative measure (mesure indicative), non-clinical (non clinique) and depends on the camera angle (dépend de la prise de vue).
Is analysis done on a server?
Pose detection runs in your browser: images used for assisted measurement are not sent to a server. Videos you choose to keep are stored in your organisation's private space.
