Refund policy

30-day guarantee

KEA Thérapie offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your GESTE & PERFORMANCE subscription (monthly or yearly), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including on renewal.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, go to paddle.net with the e-mail address used for the purchase, or write to contact@gesteperformance.com and we will forward your request.

Processing time

Once approved, the refund is made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. See also Paddle's refund policy.
